About The Position

We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant. This is a great opportunity to start a career in marketing, brand promotions, event marketing, advertising, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on learning, and one-on-one mentorship from day one, allowing you to gain real-world experience working on live events, product promotions, and brand activation campaigns for well-known national clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
• Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Represent client brands with professionalism and clear messaging
• Support event setup, coordination, logistics, and breakdown
• Collect customer feedback to help improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to achieve campaign goals and KPIs
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence at all promotional activities
