About The Position

We are hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistants to support brand campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and experiential marketing initiatives. No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you develop valuable skills in marketing, communication, customer engagement, and brand representation. As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support campaigns for national brands, connect with customers, and help create memorable promotional experiences.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing, promotions, advertising, event marketing, or brand management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confidence interacting with customers and diverse audiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; marketing coursework is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, events, or promotions is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Represent brands professionally at live events and community marketing initiatives.
• Engage with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and effectively.
• Support event setup, logistics, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign results.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve campaign goals.
