About The Position

Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative to join their Business Development Center (BDC). This role involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and connecting them with the appropriate sales or service team. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as the company provides paid training.
