About The Position

Dayforce is looking for a Marketing Traffic Manager to join the Marketing Project and Traffic Management team. This role is responsible for managing projects coming into the Marketing Automation team, including reviewing incoming requests, evaluating requirements, building project schedules, supervising workflows, assigning tasks, handling logistics, and communicating project status to stakeholders. You will play a key role in removing roadblocks and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Your primary objective is to streamline workflows for the Marketing Automation team while maintaining high-quality deliverables and improving speed to market.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of project management and marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project management skills including organizing, analyzing, and reporting on data with actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
  • High accuracy in project setup and timeline management across marketing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and provide solutions.
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Nice To Haves

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing communications.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Review, prioritize, assign, and oversee Marketing Automation projects to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Automation leads and marketers to enable scalable and streamlined execution.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on track, and aligned with expectations.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and recommend solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate project updates, changes, and risks clearly to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with shared services teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and enable success.
  • Analyze project submissions and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM, and proper handling of PII.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
