The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of complex marketing initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role serves as a central connector across Marketing and its cross-functional partners, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to the work required to deliver against business and brand priorities. This role manages projects from intake and planning through execution and completion, ensuring teams are aligned on objectives, scope, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. The Marketing Project Manager does not own the strategy or functional expertise behind every initiative. Instead, they create the conditions for teams to execute that work effectively, helping translate priorities into actionable plans, identify risks early, facilitate decisions, and keep work moving. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and skilled at bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional work. They understand how to balance process with progress and know when structure will help a team move faster versus when it creates unnecessary friction.
