Facility Manager - Waterbury
About The Position
O&G's Mason Division is one of the largest suppliers of masonry products, services, and solutions on the East Coast. The division is a full-service distributor and stone fabricator serving contractors, masons, design professionals, and homeowners, with a broad selection of natural stone, brick, pavers, tile and other masonry products, along with showrooms, supply yards, delivery services, and custom stone fabrication. We seek an experienced Facility Manager to lead operations at our Waterbury mason operation. The Facility Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Waterbury location, including customer service, sales, purchasing, inventory management, yard operations, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the location operates safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on serving our customers. The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader and customer-focused professional who can lead a team, manage competing priorities, build customer relationships, and drive the overall performance of the location. Experience managing a building-products, construction materials, masonry, or similar operation is highly preferred. Store, branch, sales, or operations management experience is also valuable. This is an opportunity for an individual who enjoys leading people, working directly with customers, and taking ownership of the performance of a business operation.
