This role serves as the project leader for cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving membership growth and retention. The Marketing Project Manager will organize work teams, establish project plans, facilitate meetings, and oversee implementation. This position involves detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, and procedures to identify and execute improvement opportunities. The role also supports established committees by managing agendas, minutes, work plans, and reports. A key responsibility is building and overseeing the distribution of project-related communications, including advertising, PR, collateral, digital media, and giveaways. The Marketing Project Manager will utilize project management software, collaborate with various internal teams, and prepare communications and presentations for all organizational levels. Additionally, this role will assist in developing process improvements and project management skills for the team, present project status in strategy meetings, and provide other support as needed to improve business performance, with the understanding that the role can fluctuate according to department needs.
