AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager III to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in the Denver Tech Center, Denver, CO. This role will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives as defined by marketing leadership, and assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives. The Project Manager III will be responsible for executing key tasks, possessing knowledge of day-to-day operations, and collaborating across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data from transcripts. Duties also include communicating with 3rd party vendors to achieve improved business results and meet high-quality standards, and pursuing initiatives in AI technology to push the boundaries of automation and intelligent systems. Key skills include excellent time management, communication, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking. The role involves proactively seeking and presenting business and technical opportunities to improve AIR Communities' marketing, monitoring competitor business intelligence, and staying current with industry trends. The Project Manager III will manage medium to large size projects, potentially including developers and team members from other functional areas, and lead the implementation of marketing projects, including resource and project planning, execution, and status updates. A comprehensive understanding of the department’s marketing business and technical infrastructure is required. This is an in-office position, requiring presence five days a week.
