AIR Communities is looking for a Project Manager III to join our eCustomer Marketing team at our corporate headquarters in Denver, CO. This role will lead the implementation of marketing strategy and high-profile initiatives, assist in the development of marketing strategy to meet business objectives, and be responsible for executing key tasks and understanding day-to-day operations. The position involves collaborating across teams to manage project needs, meet timelines, conduct UAT, and analyze data. Communication with 3rd party vendors is essential for improving business results and maintaining high-quality standards. The role will also pursue initiatives in AI technology to advance automation and intelligent systems. Key skills include excellent time management, communication, collaboration, priority setting, concept development, and multi-tasking. The Project Manager will proactively seek and present business and technical opportunities to enhance AIR Communities' marketing efforts, monitor competitor intelligence, and stay current with industry trends. Responsibilities include managing medium to large projects, potentially overseeing developers and team members from other functional areas, and leading the implementation of marketing projects with resource and project planning, execution, and status updates. The role requires knowledge of the department's marketing business and technical infrastructure and coordination with team members to achieve project objectives. This is an in-office, on-site position five days a week.
