The Marketing Programs Manager will have a critical role in scaling and elevating Property Marketing by owning and managing national marketing programs, initiatives, and workflows across the organization. This role is responsible for strategically organizing complex initiatives, driving disciplined project management, and ensuring consistent execution across stakeholders, teams, and partners. By centralizing programs, optimizing workflows, and improving visibility into progress and performance, the Marketing Programs Manager helps reduce friction, improve efficiency, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact for Operations, clients, and the broader RPM portfolio.This role is highly cross-functional and ensuring marketing programs move from concept to launch to sustained success.
