Glean is seeking a Field Marketing Programs Manager to own our most important national event series across the year and help standardize our highest‑impact field programs for scale across AMER. This person will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of our Spring & Fall Roadshows and be the point field marketing partner for the US Commercial & Corporate (including Public Sector) sales teams. You are an experienced field marketer or event marketer who has built roadshows or multi-city programs from scratch — from idea, to city routing, to content and experience design, to in-market execution and measurement. You thrive in highly cross-functional environments, can quickly align many stakeholders, and love turning a blank page into a repeatable, high-ROI program. You will also be aligned to our US Commercial & Corporate sales segments as their dedicated Field Marketing partner, helping to achieve segment pipeline goals and accelerate deals to close through hosted and sponsored events and programs.
