We're looking for a Marketing Programs Coordinator to sit at the center of our marketing operation, owning the systems, programs, and content that keep a fast-moving team organized, on brand, and executing at a high level. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, customer programs, and content execution. You'll turn ideas into real programs by building the processes, materials, and coordination needed to bring them to life. One of the most exciting areas you'll help develop is our customer community and advocacy initiatives, programs being built from the ground up where you'll have real ownership from day one. You’ll turn strategy into execution, building the materials, running the programs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're early in your career, hungry to learn, and want to be in the room where growth decisions get made at a company on the rise, this is your role. This role requires on-site presence from Monday to Wednesday at our La Jolla, San Diego office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
