Marketing Programs Coordinator

About The Position

We're looking for a Marketing Programs Coordinator to sit at the center of our marketing operation, owning the systems, programs, and content that keep a fast-moving team organized, on brand, and executing at a high level. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, customer programs, and content execution. You'll turn ideas into real programs by building the processes, materials, and coordination needed to bring them to life. One of the most exciting areas you'll help develop is our customer community and advocacy initiatives, programs being built from the ground up where you'll have real ownership from day one. You’ll turn strategy into execution, building the materials, running the programs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're early in your career, hungry to learn, and want to be in the room where growth decisions get made at a company on the rise, this is your role. This role requires on-site presence from Monday to Wednesday at our La Jolla, San Diego office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills. You write clearly and naturally, like a person, not a template.
  • Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail. You keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything.
  • Comfort working in project management tools like Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Curiosity about marketing, customer engagement, and how programs drive growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A proactive mindset. You enjoy solving problems and moving projects forward.
  • Social media marketing experience a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing team's Asana workspace, organizing projects, assigning tasks, maintaining clear timelines, and keeping everything moving forward.
  • Run a daily team check-in cadence that surfaces blockers early and keeps projects aligned. Proactively flag issues with a proposed path forward, not just a problem.
  • Build and maintain templates and workflows for recurring marketing initiatives including campaign launches, content calendars, product launches, and events.
  • Support the development of broader customer community and advocacy initiatives as they evolve, helping build the operational foundation from the ground up.
  • Write first drafts of customer-facing content including emails, case studies, surveys, in-app messages, and community posts, in a voice that's direct, warm, and built for legal professionals.
  • Support the SVP of Growth with presentation decks, one-pagers, and internal materials. Maintain the content calendar and keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create materials and programs that drive product adoption, feature awareness, customer education, and expansion.
  • Contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding communications, milestone messaging, and customer engagement campaigns.
