About The Position

Hayward Holdings Inc. The Marketing Program Support Specialist will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through innovative loyalty programs. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on loyalty, satisfaction, or program management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty platforms (advanced Excel skills are a bonus)
  • Experience with customer lifecycle mapping or marketing automation journeys (e.g., onboarding → engagement → retention → advocacy).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain loyalty program membership within the customer administration portal, including adding, updating, and removing member accounts
  • Validate and apply eligible sales to member accounts, ensuring accurate point allocation and reconciliation
  • Monitor and manage Help Desk tickets, coordinating with internal teams and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide responsive, day-to-day customer support to loyalty program members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Process member redemptions and fulfill orders through the Hayward Products storefront
  • Review customer marketing submissions and take appropriate action to approve or reject based on program guidelines
  • Execute and support marketing and promotional activities across programs, ensuring consistent communication and direct customer engagement to drive participation and satisfaction
