About The Position

The Marketing Program Specialist will report to the Head of Operations. This role is critical for supporting the comprehensive program strategy, defining the project portfolio's scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders across the CMO Office organization. You will be responsible for program-level planning, strategic monitoring, and tracking of the integrated progress and interdependencies across the organization’s program. Furthermore, you will be key in supporting and optimizing the established processes within our project and program management platform for various teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce, Excel)
  • A continuous improvement mindset with proactive problem solving
  • Can handle high capacity and can use a project management platform
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence platforms (preferred) or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Management team in developing program roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Support the creation of standard project management documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-mortems.
  • Maintain and update program and project documentation in the team workspace (Confluence).
  • Facilitate project-related meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Monitor project progress and liaise with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Input, track, and manage project tasks and dependencies within the project management platform (Jira).
  • Support the identification and basic assessment of project risks and escalate issues to the Program Manager as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and ensure alignment of project activities with overall program goals.
