DMOS is seeking a Marketing Program Manager who is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing comprehensive materials that align with DMOS's branding and goals. This role involves managing the planning and execution of promotional events, coordinating materials to enhance brand visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Administratively, the manager will conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign improvements, oversee and create materials, and maintain partnerships with vendors and stakeholders. Additionally, this person monitors performance metrics, ensuring that the efforts effectively enhance and support the brand engagement. In this full-time, in person position you will work with physicians and senior leadership from the DMOS West Des Moines location. To thrive in this role, a person must be highly organized, creating and respond to requests accordingly. Here is What You Can Expect: Acting as a brand ambassador, managing materials and assets of the practice. Working alongside Senior Leadership to establish direction and priorities. Utilizing Office 365 products to organize event schedules, external communications and general communications. Opportunity to build Marketing skills set and gain experience serving engaged provider professionals. Being engaged with a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey. Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time that may seem unnatural.
