About The Position

Ambarella is seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our Outbound Marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record of executing successful global events and driving results through outbound marketing campaigns. You will manage integrated marketing programs designed to generate demand, build pipeline, and strengthen Ambarella's market position in the Edge AI IoT and Automotive industries.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing marketing programs, with demonstrated expertise in event execution and outbound campaign management
  • Proven success planning and executing global events (conferences, trade shows, customer events) with budgets of $500K+
  • Excellent project and program management capabilities; proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign tracking/reporting systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Global Events Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute industry conferences, customer seminars, roadshows, and experiential marketing events across multiple regions; manage end-to-end logistics, budgeting, and attendee engagement
  • Outbound Campaign Management: Design and deploy integrated outbound marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and multi-touch channels; coordinate timing and messaging across global markets
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement; track campaign performance against targets
  • Program Planning & Coordination: Manage complex project timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Communications) and external vendors; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee program budgets, manage relationships with event agencies, technology providers, and creative vendors; optimize spending and negotiate favorable terms
  • Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs including attendance, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI; provide regular performance reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with campaign collateral, talking points, and follow-up resources to maximize conversion opportunities from events and outbound campaigns
  • Market Expansion: Identify high-priority markets and customer segments for event presence and targeted outbound initiatives; support geographic expansion efforts
