The Role : Within our team, the Program Manager is a high-judgment, systems-oriented leader responsible for orchestrating complex marketing programs while ensuring critical initiatives are executed with rigor, clarity, and momentum. This role operates comfortably at two altitudes: shaping and managing the big-picture marketing roadmap, while also stepping into detailed project management for priority work. A core responsibility of this role is maintaining and evolving the systems, tools, and operating rhythms that enable the marketing organization to function smoothly and effectively. This is a role for someone who sees structure as an enabler of creativity, progress, and quality—and who takes real pride in helping teams do their best work, on time and with intention.
