About The Position

The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team is growing, adding new features to our products, and connecting with Apple users and shoppers around the world. We're looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of new commerce experiences. You will drive cross-functional alignment across work-streams, as appropriate: consumer & partnership marketing, retail, digital, and channel partners to bring these experiences to market and sustain them at scale. You will serve as the program management lead for the launch and lifecycle of new gifting and redemption experiences within the Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating complex, multi-workstream initiatives into coordinated plans that deliver results across Retail, B2B, Digital, and Channel. You will own end-to-end program management across consumer marketing, education, retailer alignment, and owned digital experiences, while supporting the continued global growth of Apple Gift Card, and App Store Card.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing integrated advertising programs within a marketing function.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering global, complex communication projects autonomously and successfully.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and tracking budgets, vendor payments, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with internal and external partners, cultivating interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong organization skills and behaviors to manage global, complex projects with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail in creative execution, copywriting, campaign development, and specs management.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commerce, payments, gifting, or loyalty marketing, with a strong understanding of the consumer purchase journey.
  • Proven track record managing product or feature launches at scale within a consumer technology or services environment.
  • Experience working across retail and channel partner marketing, including co-marketing programs and third-party digital placements.
  • Ability to distill complex, multi-stakeholder programs into clear executive communications and presentations.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with the ability to prioritize and adapt without losing momentum.
