About The Position

As marketing program coordinator, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our business development team and international marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives for our North American market. This role includes a strong emphasis on event management and audience engagement while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and other internal and external programs. This will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives.

Itineris provides modern, cloud-based, and utility-centric Customer Information System (CIS) and Customer Engagement (CE) solutions in Western Europe and North America. Itineris was founded in Belgium over twenty years ago and entered the North America utilities market in 2012. Our CIS solution, UMAX, is developed in and on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for finance platform. As such, UMAX is a native extension of D365 and inherits all the innovation, security, and reliability of the Microsoft ecosystem. We also leverage Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, which expands our UMAX CIS solution to include native Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Sales modules. The CRM platform leverages AI Copilot-driven omnichannel communication capabilities for enhanced CSR operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, event design and experience, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• A team player and self-motivator willing to go the extra mile.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event planning at large conferences is preferred.
• Experience in the utility industry is also an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person (predominately), virtual, and hybrid events including conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, executive briefings, and internal meetings.
• Manage event logistics, communications, and vendor relationships while following established timelines and adhering to deadlines.
• Help inform annual budgets, manage forecasting, and track expenses throughout the calendar year.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to discover and track new trade shows and conferences of strategic value
• Support internal preparation for conferences, including venue selection, contracts, transportation, lodging, catering, and AV requirements.
• Support broader marketing activities including campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, content development, communications, and brand promotion.
• Travel, as needed
