Sigma is hiring a Marketing Engineer to grow the pipeline through the website and scale how marketing ships. This is a hybrid role that combines performance marketing, web development, and applied AI. You'll write code, run experiments, and build the systems that let marketing and sales move faster. You'll be measured on website conversion (especially S2 quantified deal SQL generation), free trial activation, and how much of marketing's recurring work you can automate. This is a new role with wide latitude on tooling and process, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and the data team.
