Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Productivity Engineer to build intelligent systems that amplify our Sales and Sales Development organizations’ effectiveness. In this role, you'll develop Claude-powered automations, alerts, and scalable automations focused on top of funnel activities like lead process automation and prospecting intelligence. This position sits at the intersection of enablement, operations, and AI innovation—creating tools that support our sales teams and reduce the friction in the sales process. As the Productivity Engineer for top of funnel activities, you'll be responsible for building the infrastructure that accelerates lead response times, personalizes outbound prospecting, and creates intelligent routing and prioritization systems.
