Marketing Outreach Assistant - Tropicana (Student Living)
About The Position
This role generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events, and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events. The role generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach. It involves talking to leasing prospects about community and housing needs, distributing literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts, and attending housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
Requirements
- The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
- Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
- Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
- Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
