The brand marketing team is vital to Tropicana Brands Group’s success, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This team's objectives are to grow market share, improve consumer loyalty, and ultimately drive profitability through knowing our target consumer's needs, trends, and behaviors. Collaborating closely with other departments, the team ensures that marketing strategies align with business objectives, influence product development, and keep us competitive in a dynamic market. This leader will own the growth agenda for the Tropicana Masterbrand across three complementary areas: 100% Juice: Strengthen and grow a market-leading franchise. Juice Drinks: Build a stronger challenger position in juice drinks and refreshment beverages. Innovation: Create consumer-led innovation platforms that expand Tropicana's relevance and unlock future growth. This role requires a leader who can set a clear vision for the brand, inspire teams behind that vision, and translate strategy into action across the full marketing mix. The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while influencing a broad cross-functional organization.
