About The Position

The Marketing Operations Specialist will support Outreach's marketing technology strategy by managing core systems, executing campaigns, and maintaining data quality. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to implement solutions that enhance marketing capabilities, streamline processes, and support revenue growth. The position requires strong technical execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. A key aspect of this role is working with AI-enabled capabilities within the marketing technology stack, using AI to accelerate campaign execution, reporting, and documentation, and evaluating the effectiveness of AI tools.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or marketing technology support.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar) or CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Curiosity about AI and a habit of putting it to work. You look for ways to reduce manual effort in campaign builds, QA, and reporting, and you learn new tools quickly as our stack evolves.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data and reporting tools.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in executing technical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack, including system troubleshooting, user support, and data flow validation between platforms.
  • Execute configuration and optimization tasks within marketing tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, 6sense) under guidance from senior leadership.
  • Assist with data collection, segmentation, and list management to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Execute Marketo programs including list uploads, email sends, and campaign monitoring to support lead generation and nurturing workflows.
  • Work with marketing team members to implement and manage email campaigns, ensuring proper setup and tracking.
  • Generate regular campaign reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and supporting analysis for marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation including process workflows, setup instructions, and campaign timelines.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues, conduct testing on new configurations, and support system improvements.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and data practices align with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company standards.
