Play a critical role in building and scaling T1D Exchange’s marketing infrastructure to support business development and organizational growth. This individual will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, leading efforts to optimize CRM functionality, improve lead management processes, and develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing efforts to pipeline impact to help Business Development secure custom research and real-world evidence projects, primarily with medical device and pharmaceutical companies. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and systems-oriented, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights and building processes that improve team efficiency. The Marketing Operations Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing, with a dotted-line relationship to the Business Development team to support alignment on lead management, pipeline tracking, and revenue-driving initiatives.
