About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Executive to support our Partnerships and Content Syndication function, with a strong focus on lead quality, demand programs, and partner performance. This role operates at the intersection of partnerships, content syndication programs, and our Client Fulfillment / SDR team, ensuring consistent lead quality, performance, and delivery standards. You’ll own lead quality evaluation, support webinars and whitepapers, and help identify, vet, and onboard new channel partners through structured due diligence.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Demand Generation, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience analyzing SDR call outcomes and lead performance data
  • Experience working with third-party agencies
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Clear, direct, and structured communication style

Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality & Performance
  • Review SDR call outcomes and dispositions to assess lead quality and buying intent
  • Identify recurring quality issues (wrong ICP, low intent, incorrect data, duplicates)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners on quality feedback
  • Share clear, data-backed insights with agencies and track corrective improvements
  • Analyze lead performance by agency, source, campaign, and asset
  • Maintain reporting on lead acceptance, contact rates, and SQL conversions
  • Ensure accurate lead tagging, source attribution, and tracking within the CRM
  • Demand Generation & Content Programs
  • Support execution of webinars, whitepapers, and content syndication campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for webinar setup, targeting, and lead delivery
  • Assist in defining lead qualification criteria for demand campaigns
  • Track post-delivery performance of webinar and gated content leads
  • Identify which partners, formats, and assets generate the highest-quality demand
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Identify and source new channel partners aligned with our ICP and demand goals
  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners (lead sources, targeting, volume, quality benchmarks)
  • Support onboarding of new agencies, including quality expectations and delivery standards
  • Monitor early performance and flag risks during pilot phases
  • Maintain a structured agency performance and evaluation framework
