About The Position

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network, aiming to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks, including households, small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies. The company is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of the marketing automation and lead management infrastructure for Amazon Leo's B2B and B2G marketing engine. This role will be the primary owner of Marketo and its integrations within the marketing tech stack, responsible for developing scalable campaign operations, managing lead flow between marketing and sales systems, and empowering marketing teams through self-service tools, templates, and documentation. This high-impact position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, involving the evolution of Marketo workflows, management of the Marketo-to-Salesforce integration, and building a robust lead management infrastructure to ensure accurate capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and measurement of every lead. The manager will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution across the entire customer journey. As Amazon Leo expands globally, this role will adapt capabilities to support new markets, channels, and business lines while upholding operational excellence and governance standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Nice To Haves

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or equivalent certification
  • Experience building self-service enablement resources (documentation, training, templates) for marketing teams
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2G marketing operations in a global or multi-market environment

Responsibilities

  • Own Marketo administration, including workspace and folder architecture, channels and tags, tokenization, program templates, and user access governance
  • Design and build marketing automation workflows for email campaigns, nurture programs, event registrations, and lead capture across B2B and B2G segments
  • Own the lead management lifecycle end-to-end: lead flow configuration, lead routing rules, lead scoring and qualification frameworks, and Marketo-to-Salesforce sync management
  • Manage lead data quality operations including data enrichment, normalization, field audits, SFDC sync error resolution, and privacy/opt-in compliance
  • Build and maintain campaign operations processes that enable marketing teams to request, build, and launch campaigns through standardized intake workflows and templates
  • Create comprehensive documentation, deliver training sessions, and build a Center of Excellence that reduces dependency on the team for routine campaign execution
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure alignment on lead/contact/account field definitions, routing logic, and attribution frameworks across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Manage integrations with adjacent tools in the marketing tech stack (iCapture, Jifflenow, Treasure Data, Braze) to ensure seamless data flow and campaign coordination
  • Monitor health, campaign performance metrics, and deliverability, providing recommendations for optimization
  • Own the operations roadmap, prioritizing feature requests and enhancements in partnership with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Data Engineering teams
