As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind a fast-moving GTM team. You’ll own HubSpot end-to-end and keep the entire GTM tech stack running cleanly so marketing campaigns, sales handoffs, and pipeline data all just work. This role exists because our growth has outpaced our systems, and we need someone who takes genuine pride in a clean CRM and workflows that hum quietly in the background. You’re wired for operational excellence: detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. You don’t need to be told twice. You flag problems before they become fires. You’re comfortable being the person behind the scenes, and collaborative enough to work tightly across both marketing and sales.
