About The Position

Velosio is seeking a Markting Operations Manager to own setup and execution of all marketing campaigns within HubSpot. This is a marketing operations role reporting to the Director, Global Demand Center. Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (3 days per week in office). Your day might look like: Campaign Execution Review, update, and ensure compliance with campaign best practices (ie nomenclature for campaigns, segments, forms, etc; campaign creation; and more) Build HubSpot emails, landing pages, workflows, and forms. Ensure QA, tagging, UTMs, and compliance with opt-in and CAN-SPAM laws. Maintain documentation, templates, and best practices. Continuous email and landing page testing. Create and manage campaigns in HubSpot <> CRM. Process + Enablement Manage request intake process. Serve as traffic manager for integrated campaign plans – ensuring timelines, email send limits, etc. are accounted for across campaigns. Support maintenance of Smartsheet for project management. Provide training and enablement to broader marketing team. Continuously improve efficiency and throughput. Key Performance Indicators (First 90 Days) Standardize the end-to-end process from campaign request > build > QA > launch > reporting. Develop strategy and begin email and LP testing. Evolve design of email templates for top-of-funnel messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing operations with advanced HubSpot expertise.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, requirements and marketing project management.
  • Proven ability to report on campaign performance and analyze conversion rates.
  • Experience managing and coaching junior staff or tech novices.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
