The Marketing Operations Manager leads the systems, data, workflow, and operational infrastructure that supports the Marketing & Communications department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this position owns the infrastructure, processes, and reporting that power the Foundation’s marketing performance, audience engagement, and lifecycle communication efforts. This role bridges systems, analytics, operational execution, and cross-functional data workflows by managing marketing technology platforms, maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, implementing lifecycle infrastructure, and ensuring the organization has accurate, actionable visibility into marketing performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, systems-oriented, and comfortable building structure in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This person should thrive in environments where processes, systems, and ownership need to be clarified, improved, and operationalized. This role will initially focus on stabilizing and improving the Foundation's marketing and constituent data ecosystem, including Luminate Online, Raiser's Edge integrations, audience segmentation, reporting reliability, data flows, and related operational processes. As foundational systems mature, the role will expand into broader marketing operations responsibilities including lifecycle marketing, attribution, dashboarding, cross-channel visibility, and marketing performance infrastructure. During the first 12-18 months, primary areas of focus are expected to include: Marketing systems administration and integration management, Luminate Online optimization and support, Data integrity and synchronization between systems, Audience segmentation and lifecycle foundations, Reporting reliability and operational visibility, Marketing workflow and process stabilization. As systems mature, the role will evolve toward broader marketing operations responsibilities.
