As the world’s leading network of top admissions coaches, they are building software and services to disrupt application processes. Backed by leading venture capital firms, Inspira is expanding its CRM operations team and seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale and strengthen existing systems and processes. This role is highly impactful, requiring partnership with CRM leadership and collaboration with marketing, sales, and student success teams to drive global growth and efficiency. The manager will support and enhance CRM operations by improving workflows, refining processes, and ensuring systems evolve with the business. This hands-on role involves working in HubSpot to enable DTC sales motions, reporting, and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position plays a key role in scaling Inspira’s revenue funnel through process improvements, providing teams with the right tools and data, and contributing to actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates a strong bias toward action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This is an in-person role requiring 5-days a week attendance in their Gramercy office.
