The Services Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of emails and in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, Fitness+, App Store, Apple One and iCloud. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. The Marketing Operations Manager will manage email template development and production support for a high-volume CRM and lifecycle marketing operation. This person will lead a team responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling reusable email templates, supporting campaign execution, improving production reliability, and reducing operational risk across complex marketing programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience in email production, template development, marketing technology, and production support. They should be comfortable leading technical teams, partnering with engineering and marketing stakeholders, managing incidents, improving QA processes, and building scalable operational systems.
