The Marketing Operations Manager is an individual contributor role within the Global Demand Center (GDC). The primary responsibility is to own and optimize key components of the marketing operations infrastructure — including marketing automation, tool integrations, lead management, attribution, and process automation — to support scalable pipeline creation and revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in enabling Everbridge’s evolution toward a next-generation revenue marketing model, where AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making improve speed to market, lead quality, and conversion rates, ultimately driving pipeline creation. The role ensures that systems are connected, data is reliable, and processes are optimized end-to-end. As part of this team, you will work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with strong exposure to demand generation, paid media, analytics, and sales operations.
