About The Position

StackAdapt is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their Growth Marketing team. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and will serve as an expert in the software, data, and processes that drive commercial success for the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in Marketing or Sales, with significant experience in marketing/sales/revenue operations and administration of HubSpot & Salesforce. This individual will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize systems for efficiency, scalability, and performance, requiring strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. StackAdapt is a remote-first company, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrable experience thinking through an ecosystem of marketing tools with personal experience leading the evaluation and implementation of new software.
  • Experience managing data syncs across integrated tools (e.g. MAP & CRM)
  • Detail oriented to a fault, with the confidence to audit complex processes and find gaps, or potential optimizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train sales and marketing teams on process and appropriate use of technology.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices; experience with data enrichment & orchestration platforms is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with event and webinar marketing and the operational processes needed to support them.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven automations and workflows to streamline operations.
  • Experience managing marketing operations within a fast-scaling B2B environment, specifically in B2B SaaS, Tech, AdTech, or Programmatic Advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot & Salesforce), becoming a subject matter expert on how data flows through our marketing technology.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of email marketing capabilities, ensuring the email marketing team is able to effectively scale, segment, and personalize.
  • Analyze large sets of marketing data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to enhance team performance, streamline processes, and support business growth.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build and manage automated workflows, campaigns, and processes that improve lead management and conversion rates.
  • Continuously review and refine marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company grows.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics related to marketing operations.
