Virtuous is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. The position will report to the VP, Marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing marketing efforts in relation to revenue attribution, campaign lead management, digital marketing analytics, and providing insights to leadership that will drive pipeline generation. They should be AI-native treating modern AI tools as a natural extension of how they work. This position should excite someone who wants to build attribution and automation infrastructure from the ground up and who is comfortable owning that roadmap alongside Revenue Operations. For an ideal candidate to be successful, they will need to be a strategic, AI-native thinker, who instinctively reaches for AI tools to move faster than traditional processes and who is willing to take ownership over all things marketing operations. Core focus areas: multi-touch attribution modeling, prospect journey mapping across channels, marketing automation (HubSpot workflows), pipeline/lead management, ROI analysis, and building dashboards for leadership visibility.
