We're looking for a senior leader to be the operational engine of a creative-heavy marketing organization. You'll own how work gets prioritized, how it moves through the team, and how cross-functional partners stay aligned – turning a high volume of creative and campaign work into a smooth, predictable, well-resourced operation. This is a senior role for someone who has spent 12 years or more orchestrating the operations of a marketing or creative function. Your superpower is making the whole system run: setting priorities, designing process, coordinating across teams, and stewarding the budget. You'll also be expected to modernize how the team works – including responsibly integrating AI into creative and campaign execution to improve speed and quality without compromising craft.
