The Marketing Operations Team (MOPs) is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to lead cross-functional project management and delivery for its core Marketing Operations roadmap. This role will coordinate execution across Marketing Analytics, MarTech Operations, and Data Operations teams, ensuring alignment to quarterly milestones and annual strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong agile project management expertise, experience managing complex marketing technology and data programs, and the ability to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery across multiple stakeholders. The Marketing Operations Lead will serve as the central coordination owner for the MOPS roadmap, which includes initiatives across four strategic themes: Data & Infrastructure, Customer Journey Orchestration, Lead & Pipeline Optimization, and Measurement & Reporting. This role ensures that dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and executed efficiently, enabling the team to deliver on its pipeline acceleration and data transformation goals.
