Why This Role Matters The Washington Post is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to support the strategic planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns using advanced marketing technology platforms, with a focus on paying user acquisition, engagement, retention, and upselling. This role will serve as a key member of the marketing operations function, working closely with internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics. You’ll focus on providing operational support across the B2C and B2B subscriptions business, identifying optimization opportunities, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business results. Motivation You want to support, influence, and implement the strategies driving subscriptions marketing at The Post. You are invested in affecting customer behavior through marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new paying users and retaining and upselling our current subscriber base.
