About The Position

The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for enabling the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of marketing execution through ownership of marketing systems, processes, and operational structure. This role serves as a key connection across marketing, sales, technical, shared services, and global teams to ensure high quality execution, data integrity and business continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using SharePoint preferred
  • Familiarity with Marketo and Basic HTML a plus
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Experience in the agriculture and/or animal health industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain key marketing systems and platforms, including website content management, CRM marketing functionality, Marketo and SharePoint repositories.
  • Serve as a CRM key user for marketing, supporting reporting, data quality, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Reduce reliance on 3rd party vendors by expanding internal content creation and system capabilities.
  • Support the NPS survey execution and reporting and partnership with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of monthly marketing newsletters, including web page creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Track and report digital engagement metrics for The Digest newsletter, webinars and events, providing visibility to marketing performance.
  • Support development and maintenance of marketing and sales materials, presentations, and visual assets.
  • Own marketing event operations for assigned programs, including calendars, registration documentation, reporting, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage contracts, logistics and vendor coordination for assigned events both internal and customer events.
  • Maintain promotional and collateral inventory to ensure availability and consistency.
  • Manage document repositories and ensure version control and accessibility of marketing assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and data quality, and proactively proposed solutions.
  • Support shared services and purchasing processes, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by training new team members and maintaining systems and access lists.
  • Provide training and guidance on systems.
  • Backup support and out of office coverage for the Marketing Managers.
  • Represent the marketing function in internal meetings, presentations and training sessions as appropriate.
