About The Position

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in assisting with marketing initiatives that support the strategic goals of assigned divisions and neighborhoods. This position is responsible for ensuring all materials and campaigns are aligned with the Stanley Martin brand and executed on time. The Marketing Operations Coordinator collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments, external vendors, and the broader marketing team to bring marketing assets to life, supporting both the development and delivery of website content and marketing collateral. Acting as both a project manager and operational liaison, the Marketing Operations Coordinator assists with specific projects from start to finish. This role also provides support in maintaining brand standards, reinforcing company values, and contributing to a collaborative and professional working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with executing marketing tactics to drive qualified prospects to assigned divisions/neighborhoods.
  • Coordinates division-specific marketing project requests, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Assists with marketing projects throughout their lifecycle—from planning and development to delivery—demonstrating initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborates with internal and external marketing resources (designers, printers, vendors) for delivery of projects on a timely basis.
  • Serves as a liaison and collaborative partner for both internal departments and identified external vendors.
  • Ensure we receive deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Contributes to the creation and production process for all marketing collateral, including site plans, floor plans, brochures, and neighborhood marketing materials.
  • Assists in managing the divisional marketing budget by accurately entering and tracking expenses for designated divisions.
  • Participates in regular marketing meetings and sales calls to align efforts, share updates, and support divisional sales and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency by maintaining and updating brand guidelines, policies, and procedures as needed.
  • Completes administrative duties related to department expenses, including processing invoices, expenses and tracking documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
