The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting key marketing operations initiatives through a combination of reporting and process improvement initiatives, product information management and digital asset management coordination, CRM data structuring and reporting, as well as team and cross-functional project management. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to improve data visibility, streamline workflows, and support the successful execution of marketing operations projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, and experienced with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and marketing operations processes. This position is project-focused and will help execute priority initiatives while providing day-to-day operational support to the Marketing Operations team.
