About The Position

We're looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Coordinator to support campaign deployment, event coordination, and CRM administration. If you're someone who takes pride in the details, loves checking things off a well-built checklist, and gets satisfaction from seeing a campaign go live without a hitch, this role was made for you. Success here looks like flawless execution: on-time campaign launches, smoothly run events, and clean, reliable systems that the whole team can count on. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing as a key operational partner, turning strategy into action and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. Travel Required (Including Overnight & After-Hours Events)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or event coordination
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM
  • Experience executing email campaigns, managing lists, and coordinating complex logistics
  • Experience writing marketing copy and managing a content calendar
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong organizational skills, clear written communication, and comfort representing the company at events

Nice To Haves

  • B2B or MSP experience
  • Trade show or event coordination experience
  • Basic budget tracking or management
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and website CMS tools

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, and social media posts
  • Coordinate with external vendors (web, SEO, print) and maintain brand consistency
  • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and maintain an organized asset library
  • Plan and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events
  • Coordinate travel, registration, vendor deadlines, and on-site materials
  • Attend events (including evenings and multi-day travel), deliver cleaned lead lists within 2 business days, and support event ROI tracking
  • Maintain data hygiene for contacts, companies, and marketing properties
  • Build and manage lists, ensure proper campaign tagging, and support workflow maintenance
  • Conduct monthly audits and support dashboard and reporting accuracy
  • Write and edit copy for emails, social media, and blog posts
  • Create and manage a content calendar to keep campaigns on track
  • Design graphics for digital and print use (Canva or similar)
  • Support website updates and maintenance as needed
  • Assist with paid ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn) and SEO coordination
  • Pull and organize analytics and reporting data to track campaign performance
