We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, professional, tech-savvy Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing climate consulting and coaching company led by a nationally recognized expert in local climate action. This is a dual role as the CEO’s Executive Assistant and the organization’s Marketing and Sales Coordinator; as such the position works directly with the CEO. This is a hybrid role combining: executive support marketing coordination operational organization AI-assisted content execution project coordination This is NOT a traditional social media manager role. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, can think critically, loves systems and organization, and is excited to use modern AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to move faster and smarter. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks. If you have experience creating systems and structure for a visionary leader - this role may be right for you. This position is hybrid with approximately 2 days/week in-office near Woburn, MA with remaining time remote. This role requires schedule flexibility to work in close coordination with the CEO, including availability outside standard hours when needed. As you develop systems and processes to support the CEO, greater autonomy becomes possible.
