About The Position

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to support the execution of marketing across all locations. This role is responsible for making sure our marketing actually happens—consistently, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator, who develops content and campaigns, while you focus on deploying, organizing, and maintaining marketing efforts at scale. This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and takes pride in getting the details right every time.

Requirements

Highly detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
Strong follow-through and reliability
Experience with Canva and basic social media posting
Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for families, schools, and internal audiences
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Experience managing brand social media accounts
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to juggle multiple campaigns across different states and program types
A collaborative mindset and proactive work style

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar tools
Experience working with templates or high-volume tasks

Responsibilities

Upload and distribute weekly newsletters across 150+ locations in our Family Software
Ensure correct links, formatting, and location details
Perform quality checks before publishing
Customize flyers and materials using Canva templates
Update location-specific details (hours, pricing, contact info)
Fulfill simple marketing requests from regional teams
Order flyers and materials through Staples and Vistaprint
Track orders and confirm delivery to locations
Post content based on a pre-built calendar
Upload photos, apply captions, and tag locations
Collect and organize photos from programs
Maintain a clean, searchable photo library for marketing use
Swap images, update flyers, and make basic edits
