As the Marketing Operations and Strategy Lead, you will own the operational infrastructure that drives Render’s marketing team. You will be the "connective tissue" between Marketing, Sales, and Finance, ensuring our GTM motion is as performant as the platform we build. This is an AI-first role. You won’t just be a user of tools; you will be a builder of systems. You’ll be responsible for creating a centralized "system of record" and deploying AI-powered workflows that allow a lean marketing team to operate at a massive scale.
