About The Position

House of Dank is currently seeking a Marketing Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator for our Corporate location based out of Madison Heights, MI. We're looking for a detail-driven, systems-minded coordinator to own the accuracy of our promotions across Dutchie, third-party menu platforms, and email/SMS systems. The ideal candidate will build, test, and quality-check every deal before it goes live, keep our deal sheets and vendor documentation airtight, and make sure discounts calculate correctly online and in-store - every time.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Two or more years of experience in e-commerce, retail marketing operations, promotional administration, inventory support, or CRM preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent documentation habits and deadline management
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with buying, inventory, stores, and vendors

Nice To Haves

  • Cannabis industry experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Dutchie, Weedmaps, Leafly, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and email/SMS platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, test, and quality-check approved promotions in Dutchie and other authorized e-commerce systems
  • Maintain product listings, menu images, pricing, categories, promotional tags, and store- specific settings
  • Manage third-party menu platforms including Weedmaps and Leafly, correcting discrepancies promptly
  • Validate promotions against approved deal sheets, vendor agreements, inventory availability, dates, and compliance requirements
  • Scrub monthly deal sheets and flag aged, slow-moving, or overstocked SKUs for promotional consideration
  • Coordinate with buying and inventory teams to verify approved brands, pricing, stock, and store participation
  • Build and test approved email and SMS campaigns, including audience selection, links, and scheduling
  • Maintain the operational side of Monday.com - QA, approvals, corrections, and completion documentation
  • Prepare weekly reports on promotion accuracy, vendor credits, and campaign delivery results
  • Troubleshoot and escalate pricing errors, menu discrepancies, or platform issues before public launch
