Marketing Operations Analyst

BullhornRemote NOAM - Massachusetts, MA
$65,000 - $75,000

About The Position

Bullhorn's core purpose is to create an incredible customer experience, and the organization has a sharp focus on delivering very high quality products and services to its customers. The company culture is shaped by five Core Values: Ownership, Energy, Speed & Agility, Service, and Being Human. Each value, and its underlying definition, serves as a behavioral guide for employees as they interact with customers and fellow coworkers and is an embedded way of operating across our organization. Bullhorn is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where hard work and outstanding results are rewarded and celebrated. We value those that exhibit an eagerness to learn and a strong natural desire for continuous improvement and we encourage team members to stretch themselves, acknowledge challenges and learn from them. With a strong focus on growth, we provide ample opportunities for career development and prioritize promoting from within. We believe that leaders should care deeply about the development of their employees at all levels, emphasizing emotional intelligence and accountability. Our leaders collaborate closely to ensure the success of their teams, and we work together to achieve shared goals, creating a challenging and rewarding workplace for everyone. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Operations Analyst will play a key role in tracking and analysing performance across our global marketing functions, improving the quality and cleanliness of our internal data, and working cross-functionally - particularly with Demand Generation - to improve existing processes. As a go-to resource for day-to-day performance tracking, you'll use a variety of systems to organise large sets of data that support fact-based strategic decisions. This is a data-first role, not a campaign or creative marketing one - we're looking for someone who's genuinely energised by digging into data and turning it into analysis, not just pulling numbers. You don't need a marketing background to thrive here; candidates from Sales Ops, RevOps, FP&A or similar data-heavy, commercial functions are just as good a fit as those from a marketing analytics background.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in reporting and data, more than in campaign execution or the creative side of marketing
  • Eager to use AI tools to make your analysis faster and better, and are quick to pick up new systems
  • Likes solving complex problems with moving targets, and enjoy digging deeper rather than just handing back final numbers
  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working cross-functionally

  • Building reports within Salesforce CRM to answer ad hoc questions on product- or campaign-level performance
  • Leveraging CRM, BI, attribution tools and AI to analyse complex data and configure dashboards for other departments and stakeholders
