About The Position

TalentFish is casting a line for a Marketing Manager. This is a Direct Hire role based in Schaumburg, IL (hybrid/in-office). The reason this position exists is to own and execute the company's end-to-end marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue enablement while supporting sales, leadership, and subject matter experts. This role reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing and plays a pivotal role in shaping marketing outcomes across digital, events, content, SEO/AEO, and automation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B marketing and content development
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capability
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and fiscal plans across digital, advertising, direct mail, and events
  • Drive brand consistency and visibility across channels including website, social, PR, and trade shows
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling content including blogs, white papers, case studies, and presentations
  • Own website content strategy with focus on SEO and AEO to improve search and AI visibility
  • Leverage HubSpot for campaign execution, lead nurturing, email marketing, reporting, and sales alignment
  • Manage paid search, analytics, and performance tracking to grow qualified traffic and conversions
  • Support trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements and manage external vendors
  • Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs and continuously refine strategies based on data
