About The Position

Highgate Hotels is seeking a creative and detail-driven marketing professional to bring luxury brands to life through thoughtful content and polished execution. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury marketing, with a strong understanding of how every touchpoint shapes a guest's perception of a brand. This role combines creativity with strong organization, requiring an eye for elevated visual storytelling while managing multiple projects and deadlines. The position involves conceptual thinking and hands-on execution across digital platforms, content creation, and marketing campaigns. The candidate should take pride in details, enjoy the craft of bringing ideas to life, and be collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives that support brand and revenue goals, ensuring all communication reflects the elevated standards of a luxury hospitality experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Canva.
  • Working knowledge of Website CMS platforms (Squarespace, Marriott CMS, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools (Emma or similar, such as Cendyn or Mailchimp).
  • Working knowledge of Social media management tools (Sprout Social or similar).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Experience with social media content creation and platform management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with photography editing.
  • Experience with digital campaign coordination.
  • Experience with copywriting with an understanding of luxury brand voice.
  • Experience with content calendar management.
  • Basic SEO understanding.
  • Experience with online reputation management (Google, TripAdvisor, OTA review platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail consistent with luxury brand standards.
  • Comfort managing administrative marketing tasks such as invoice tracking, reservations, amenities coordination, and project documentation.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue generation across the hotel’s outlets and experiences for both the Brown Palace Hotel & Spa as well as the Kimpton Monaco.
  • Assist in managing the hotel’s digital presence across its website, social media channels, third-party listings, and review platforms to ensure that all content remains accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa luxury brand standards.
  • Contribute to editorial calendars, create and schedule social media content, and monitor campaign performance to help refine marketing strategies.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral such as presentations, proposals, menus, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Promote dining experiences, events, and special activations that enhance guest engagement and drive awareness.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring initiatives move smoothly from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate reservations for media and VIP guests, arrange hotel amenities, manage marketing invoices and expense tracking, prepare meeting recaps, and assist with general project logistics.
