About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals. This role supports all non-gaming departments, specifically but not limited to: Hotel, F&B, Events, Sales, Property Activations. The Manager also mentors the Marketing team, fosters cross-departmental collaboration, and delivers measurable results across diverse platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A casino work permit from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms, media channels, and PR strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, event planning, and project management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance standards.
  • A passion for creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Must possess an ability to work with minimal supervision and make educated ethical decisions as necessary.
  • Must be able to resolve conflicts and have effective communication skills with all levels of employees and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work independently and to prepare detailed professional correspondence, memoranda, policies, procedures and regulations related to the employee’s duties.
  • A general knowledge of Windows-based computer operating systems is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including media buys, ad placements, and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendors, agencies, and external partners, fostering collaborative and effective working relationships.
  • Lead non-gaming campaigns, including ideation, execution, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Create and oversee the marketing plan, decks, and calendars, ensuring all deliverables are strategically aligned and on schedule.
  • Manage social media sites for the property and keep up with trends.
  • Work with Team and external partners to develop high quality content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email, newsletters and print materials.
  • Write and approve advertising copy for various media platforms, maintaining adherence to brand standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Review, proof, and approve all marketing collateral (brochures, posters, digital displays, website content, etc.) before final submission.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leaders to establish and evaluate metrics for success, refining strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Help develop the Marketing team, ensuring professional growth and high-performance standards.
  • Assist other Marketing Managers in their absence while understanding their responsibilities for your own growth and development.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment while addressing and resolving team challenges.
  • Oversee all aspects of the non-gaming Marketing budget, including forecasting, reconciliation, and tracking expenses.
  • Use data driven insights to decide marketing strategies and decision making.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate files and records in accordance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to questions, complaints, or concerns on behalf of the Marketing team.
  • Establish effective working relationships with all operating departments, clients, and business partners to align marketing efforts.
  • Develop relationships with local agencies to attract nearby residents and regional travelers.
  • Implement integrated internal and external communication strategies to amplify the impact of campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team to identify opportunities for sharing content and enhancing brand engagement.
  • Create, manage, and modify reports that measure the success of ad/media campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Continually analyze campaigns and event results to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
